HR Advice Lottery
2025 Lottery Details
Purpose:
To give back to the community and support a nonprofit or small business in a meaningful way, providing HR expertise to organizations that may otherwise struggle to access it. We our launching this new program.
Details of the Lottery:

What Is Being Offered:

2 hours of HR advice and support per month (totaling 24 hours for the year)

Valued at over $2,700 of professional services, completely free

Support tailored to the organization’s needs, such as employee relations, compliance, policy development, or other HR guidance

Support will be remote (over the phone,email or zoom meeting)

Eligibility Criteria:

The organization must have at least 3 employees
-
Must be a nonprofit or small business that could benefit from professional HR support

Can not be a current RRHR client
-
First the first launch of this program, we are looking to support Medicine Hat and surrounding area business. Dependent on entries we will open it up inside of Alberta.

Must agree to:

Provide their logo for use in promotional materials (e.g., "Proudly supported by Red Rock HR Ltd.").

Offer feedback or a testimonial on the usefulness of the services by the end of the year.

Complete onboarding like a regular client to ensure personalized and full advice and support services customized to your organization.

How It Works:

The lottery opens on January 8, 2025 and closes on February 1, 2025.

Businesses can submit their entry via an online contact form below

They must follow us on social media to make their entry eligible

For every extra share on social media, the party will increase their entries into the draw

A winner will be randomly selected and announced and contact
